If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
• Notify us within 7 days of delivery
• We’ll arrange a free exchange or full refund (including return shipping)

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
